FAQs for your first visit

Parking - Parking is free and easily reached off Christy Drive. While multiple businesses are in the Rise business complex, you’ll want to score a spot near the neon-colored “Salons of Greenwood” side!

Payment - I accept cash or card, however, Salt and Light Hair Co. is a cashless salon and change cannot be provided. I also offer pay later services through Affirm + Kalarna! Need to know what your salon investment will be? Please contact me!

Policies - Booking Policy: I book all of my appointments online through Gloss Genius. All appointments must be held with a card on file in order to secure your date and time.

Cancellation Policy: I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment. The collected 20% can be used as credit towards a new appointment once rescheduled.

Refund Policy: If you’re not in love with your service, you have 3 days to contact me and I will adjust what is needed. Retail products are all final sale as these items are considered personal care items. If an agreement and adjustment are not able to happen, services can be refunded for 50% of the original service total.
